Our business requires us to be flexible with our time table, so it is not always possible to give an exact time of installation, which is why we prefer to organise, if you are not going to be at your holiday home, that a spare key to your caravan is made available at the parks office or with a friend or neighbouring caravan. It is very important to make sure that this has been organised because, as you can appreciate, we have a schedule to keep and a delay might mean we have to postpone your install to another date.

The current annual internet PAP connection charge is £125.

The PAP provides access for multiple devices and allows three wired network connections for other devices such as an Xbox, PlayStation or a Smart TV. There is no restriction on the amount of data you download but we manage the rate of download speed, which under normal circumstances is quite sufficient for video streaming on a device. However live streaming of TV programs may not always be possible, particularly at busy times.

Depending on demand it can be up to 2 weeks from placing your order, for efficiency reasons we try to carry out as many installs in an area as possible.

No, you have to use the wireless router installed by us. Please also note that if you connect any additional wifi router, access point or powerline adapter and this interferes with our network, we will block these from our system.
